Cooked Yogurt
This creamy snack is great for a special gathering. You can pair it with a cup of tea or hot coffee.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 48 ounce(s) plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 8 ounce(s) water
- 1 beaten egg (or egg's white)
Directions
Strain Yoghurt using a smooth colander into a pot.
Add egg or egg's white.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1 cup of water. Stir into cold yogurt for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and use as desired.
