  • 3 cucumbers
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 16 tablespoon(s) fresh dill

Directions

In a blender, process everything except the dill until smooth and creamy. Add the dill and pulse a few times with the blender. The dill should be chopped, but not blended.
