Creamy Dill Dressing

Behold the power of dill. When it comes to salad dressings, dill can go a long way in bringing a flavorful punch to the table. Whip up a batch of this homemade dressing.  

Creamy Dill Dressing


For 8 people

  • 1 1/3 cup(s) plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup(s) skim milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh dill weed, chopped
  • 4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 1/3 tablespoon(s) fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) white pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wire whisk until very well blended. Place in a jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best to let the dressing sit out for 15 minutes before using if it has been in the refrigerator for several days.
