Creamy Ham & Noodles
Velvety cheese sauce and sweet ham blended over noodles is a simple suppertime saute that will please the entire family. This simple dish is a must-try for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
For 6 people
- 5 cup(s) uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) whipping cream
- 12 ounce(s) fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup(s) thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in cream. Bring to a boil cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add ham, cheese, onions, salt and pepper, and heat through. Drain noodles, add to ham mixture and heat through.
