Creamy Salmon

You can either serve this delightful soup made with salmon, mushrooms and peas with white rice or along with toasted bread for the perfect accompaniment. The flavor will have your taste buds swimming upstream for more!

Creamy Salmon


For 4 people

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) cream of mushroom
  • 8 ounce(s) can red salmon
  • 12 ounce(s) can evaporated milk
  • 15 ounce(s) can peas
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper


Dump all contents of the salmon can into the pot and break up the salmon into bits. Stir in cream of mushroom soup then evaporated milk, then the entire can of peas. Heat the mixture through and add salt and pepper to taste.
