Crock-Pot BBQ
Out of this world, no fuss, crock pot BBQ! Feel free to substitute chicken or pork for the roast if desired.
Ingredients
2-3 lb. chuck roast
Sauce:
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder
Methods/steps
Put meat in crock-pot. Pour sauce over meat and let cook until tender. Remove meat from pot and shred with fork. Return to sauce and mix well. Let simmer until well mixed. Salt and pepper according to taste.
