Crockpot Veggies in Beef Broth
Crockpot cooking done right! There's nothing quite like these crockpot veggies that have been basting all day long. The slow-cooking process makes them both moist and tender. Prepare it and then forget it and then devour it!
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 3 cup(s) (15 oz) raw potatoes, sliced
- 3 cup(s) carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
- 1 3/4 cup(s) Swanson Beef Broth (one 15 oz. can)
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, carrots, and onions. Pour beef broth evenly over top. Cover and cook on “high” for 4 to 6 hours. Mix well before serving.
