Curried Olive Appetizer

Curried Olive Appetizer


For 6 people

  • 2/3 cup(s) can chopped ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup(s) diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) curry powder
  • 1 dash(es) salt to taste
  • 1 dash(es) Small loaf French bread, sliced and lightly toasted on one side
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Minced parsley


Mix together the olives, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and curry powder. Toast the slices of bread. Spread one side of French bread slices and broil until bubbly. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
