1 tablespoon(s) ghee
4whole cloves
1inch cinnamon sticks
1/4 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
1 pinch(es) cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon(s) mustard seeds
1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1seeds from 2 green cardamom pods
4 cup(s) orange juice, freshly squeezed
Directions
Heat ghee or butter in a medium pot over low heat. Add spices and stir until fragrant. Stir in orange juice and cook slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot, in small bowls or cups, with or without spoons.
