Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup(s) onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) peanut oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) rice vinegar
  • 1 ounce(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) celery, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) ketchup
  • 4 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ginger is well pureed.
