It's not your traditional cheese fondue, but this Italian-style dipping sauce is an ideal pairing for fresh veggies, like radishes, zucchini sticks, carrots, and celery strips. Mix it up with whatever you have on hand for a quick and easy appetizer.

Delicious Italian Veggie Fondue


For 6 people

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
  • 2 (2 oz.) cans anchovy fillets
  • 1 your favorite vegetables


Pour oil into fondue pot; add garlic and pepper. Chop anchovies. Add to fondue pot with anchovy oil. Heat until bubbly.
