- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1/10 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
- 1/2 yellow onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 ounce(s) white wine
- 20 scallops
- 20 mussels
- 20 clams
- 20 shrimp
- 1 Mixed field greens
Directions
For dressing, mix first six ingredients. In hot saut pan, melt butter with garlic, lemon juice and wine. Saut seafood for six minutes. Drain seafood and arrange on bed of greens. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
