Deluxe Shrimp Quiche

For seafood lovers, this dish is an easy, but elegant, brunch dish that's great any time of the day. Served warm or cold, this dish will quickly become a favorite.

Deluxe Shrimp Quiche


For 6 people

  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
  • 4 ounce(s) small, cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2/3 cup(s) grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup(s) light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped green onion
  • 1 salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread shrimp evenly across the bottom of the piecrust. Sprinkle cheese over the shrimp.
  3. Stir sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper into the beaten eggs; then pour mixture evenly over the shrimp and cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
