Dill & Onion Dip
Tired of the same old dip? Dill and parsley give a fresh zip to ordinary onion dip. Serve with veggies, chips or crackers.
Ingredients
For 8 people
- 2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 2 cup(s) sour cream
- 3 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon(s) dill weed
- 1 tablespoon(s) Beau Monde seasoning
- 3 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until well blended. Chill at least 2 hours.
- To serve hollow out a round loaf of rye or pumpernickel bread; use bread chunks to dip, arrange on side of platter.
