This creamy snack is packed full of fresh flavor from strawberries and grapefruit. A perfect addition to breakfast or as a midday pick-me-up until your next meal.

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped and hulled strawberries
  • 1/3 cup(s) plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 4 strawberries

Directions

  1. Combine chopped strawberries and yogurt in a small bowl; mix well.
  2. Halve the grapefruits across the center; separate each section of grapefruit flesh from the membranes with a grapefruit knife or paring knife. Run the knife between the rind and the outer edge of the fruit, loosening the sections.
  3. Spoon the strawberry-yogurt mixture over each grapefruit half. Garnish with whole strawberries.
