Dream Crepes

It’s time to pinch yourself cause sweet dreams really do come true thanks to these delicious crepes. Put away the ice cream or cake. The dessert on tap tonight is creamy, dreamy and stuffed with a whole lot of goodness. You'll be sweet on these treats.

Dream Crepes


For 6 people

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) vanilla, to taste
  • 1/2 cup(s) applesauce, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) jam, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) jelly, to taste
  • 1/2 cup(s) Sweet fruit, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chocolate syrup, to taste
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Powdered sugar, to taste


  1. In a blender combine all wet ingredients (milk, butter, eggs, vanilla) and mix on low for 1 minute.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) in a bowl.
  3. Turn blender up to highest speed and slowly add dry ingredient mixture.
  4. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour into bowl and let rest (until most of the bubbles are gone) for 4 minutes.
  6. Coat a large non-stick pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  7. Place pan over high heat for 1-2 min; pour just less than 3/4 cup of batter into pan and remove from heat while rotating pan to cover bottom with batter.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes off of heat and remove crepes onto plate and cover with favorite filling, roll up and dust with powdered sugar.
