Easiest Barbecue Pork Chops Ever
Dinner doesn't get much simpler than this. Just two ingredients, simmered low in a crock pot, will deliver all of the flavor of a traditional barbecue, without the work or the mess.
Ingredients
For 6 people
- 8 pork chops
- 36 tablespoon(s) of your favorite barbecue sauce (1 18 ounce bottle)
Directions
- Spread a thin layer of your favorite barbecue sauce on the bottom of a crock-pot. Alternately layer pork chops with barbecue sauce, pouring the last of the bottle over the top of the final layer of pork chops.
- Cook on the HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours, or all day on LOW setting.
