These microwaved potatoes are as easy as it gets. What you do next is up to you - top them with cheese, bacon and chive for a steakhouse favorite, or keep it simple with a butter substitute for a heart-healthy, low-cholesterol side.

Directions
Wash potatoes. Puncture a few times with a fork. Place on paper towel on microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes for the first potato, plus 2-3 minutes for each additional potato. Turn over potatoes halfway through cooking.
