Ingredients

- 1 1/10 cup(s) flour, all
- 3/4 cup(s) old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) spices, nutmeg, ground
- 1 egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 1/10 cup(s) whole milk
- 1 cup(s) bananas, raw
- 2 tablespoon(s) usda commodity food, oil, vegetable, low saturated fat
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Combine the egg, milk, banana, and oil in a separate bowl.
- Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a greased hot griddle.
- Turn when bubbles form on top and cook until second side is golden brown.
