Easy Noodle Side Dish

Ingredients
For 6 people
- 1/5 cup(s) leftover mashed potatoes
- 12 ounce(s) wide noodles
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 3 tablespoon(s) oleo or butter
Directions
1. In a small frying pan brown onions in oleo and add potatoes. Stir for a few seconds and set aside.
2. Put noodles in boiling water and cook until soft. Drain noodles but do not rinse. 3. Add potato mixture to noodles, salt to taste.
