Exotic Rice

Exotic Rice


For 4 people

  • 3 cup(s) chopped exotic mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter
  • 5 cup(s) cooked white rice
  • 1 soy sauce, to taste
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) green onions, sliced


In a large skillet saute mushrooms and onion in butter until soft. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and green onions. Cook until heated through and serve immediately.
