Fabulous Lemon Pie
There's no longer any need to go to the local ice cream parlor for a frozen pie. Whip up your own at home. When life gives you lemons, make this decadent dessert. It is simple to make and a cool end to a warm summer day.
Ingredients
For 1 people
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 4 cup(s) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 6 ounce(s) frozen lemonade concentrate
- 8 ounce(s) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake crust in oven for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown. Allow to cool. In a large bowl, mix until creamy the ice cream, lemonade and whipped topping. Spread mixture into piecrust, then place in freezer for 20 minutes. Serve pie after it has set.
