  • 2 cans tomato soup

  • 31 ounce(s) canned kidney beans, undrained
  • 3 cup(s) partially cooked macaroni
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large pan brown beef and cook onion with garlic until tender. Stir to separate meat. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
