Fast Beef & Slaw
Feeling corny? This corned beef and slaw medley makes for a great deli sandwich. It takes just minutes to make, but you'll be satisfied for hours.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 8 teaspoon(s) spicy brown mustard
- 8 ounce(s) thinly sliced deli corned beef
- 8 ounce(s) vinaigrette deli Cole slaw
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread each slice of bread with 2 tsp. mustard.
- To assemble each sandwich, layer one slice bread, two slices corned beef, 14-cup Cole slaw and one slice of cheese. Place sandwiches on ungreased baking sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
