Feta Spread
Tangy feta and sour cream bring together fabulous Greek flavors with this creamy spread. Fresh Roma tomato tops it off, or add some Kalamata olives for an extra dose of flavor.
Ingredients
For 6 people
- 8 ounce(s) Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) spring onion
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1 Roma tomato chopped fine for garnish on top
Directions
Put all ingredients except tomato in blender and mix until creamy. Put into a serving bowl, top with tomatoes.
Serve with Kalamata olives, fresh figs, tomatoes and flat bread on the side.
