Ingredients
For 6 people
- 48 ounce(s) pork
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 2/3 cup(s) box of Scalloped Potatoes and sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup(s) crème of celery soup
- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
- 1 Beer
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Directions
Put meat on the bottom of crock-pot. In a separate container, add onion, garlic Worcestershire, soy, crème of celery, frozen veggies, scalloped potatoes, and mix it up. Then pour it into the crock-pot. After that add beer and salt and pepper. Cook it on “high” for about 4-5 hours.
