French Toast
When in your kitchen, do as the French do. This fabulous French toast is a mouth-watering way to start your morning. It's the best thing since sliced bread.
Ingredients
For 12 people
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup(s) 1% milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) syrup (in batter)
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 12 slices bread
Directions
- Blend ingredients well. Dip bread slices in batter.
- Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
- Place battered bread on sheets.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown slices on both sides, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.
