Fresh Angel Hair Toss

Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh garlic, minced

  • 58 ounce(s) canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • 12 ounce(s) angel hair spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) fresh basil
  • 5 tablespoon(s) freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

In a large saucepan, cook garlic until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, basil, and black pepper. Cook three minutes. Add cooked spaghetti; toss well. Add chicken broth and stir. Toss with Parmesan cheese.
