Fruit Morning Cereal

Ingredients
For 10 people
- 2 cup(s) seven grain cereal
- 5 cup(s) water
- 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup(s) unsweetened apple juice
- 1/4 cup(s) dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup(s) raisins
- 1/4 cup(s) dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
Directions
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until fruits are softened. Sprinkle individual servings with walnuts.
