Fruity Breakfast
With so much to do in the morning, why add a complicated breakfast to the list? This simple, healthy fruit and yogurt ingredient can be ready in minutes and won't leave you dragging before your morning meetings.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 2 grapefruits
- 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) plain fat free yogurt
Directions
- With a sharp knife cut off both ends of the grapefruit and set grapefruit on flat end on a cutting board. Cut away and discard peel and membranes; section grapefruit, discarding membrane.
- Preheat broiler and arrange grapefruit in single-serving ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and broil until sugar melts and darkens (5 minutes).
- Serve warm with yogurt.
