Fusilli with Tomatoes

  • 1/2 pound(s) fusilli pasta
  • 3 pound(s) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 pound(s) clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) basil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese


Cook fusilli in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain well. Combine fusilli with remaining ingredients and pepper to taste and toss well.
