Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Blend water, chicken bouillon, soy sauce, cornstarch and wine. Stir-fry chicken and when almost done, remove. Add garlic, mushrooms, broccoli and green onions. Stir-fry. Return chicken to wok. Stir in sauce. Serve over rice.
