Ginger Lime Dip
Contrary to what the song says, you should put the lime in the DIP, you nut. This tangy and refreshing dip is a perfect way to introduce fish or meat.
Ingredients
For 5 people
- 1/2 sour cream
- 16 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
- 2 1/2 cup(s) cantaloupe slices
- 2 1/2 cup(s) honeydew slices
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, lime peel and ginger. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with melon.
