Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
For 6 people
- 1 1/2 cup(s) dark brown sugar
- 2 ounce(s) butter melted
- 6 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 16 1/4 tablespoon(s) dill weed
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper
- 32 ounce(s) salmon fillet (1-2-lb. fillet)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Remove 1/2 cup to a saucepan; simmer until heated through. Set aside remaining mixture for basting. Sprinkle salmon with lemon. Place on grill with skin side down. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes. Brush with the reserved brown sugar mixture. Grill 10-15 minutes longer, basting occasionally, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve.
