Gorgonzola Grouper

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1 (7-oz.) black grouper filet
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 2 prawn
  • 1 cup(s) (Double handful) fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced, to taste
  • 1/4 cup(s) Gorgonzola cheese, or as much as desired

Directions

1. Season grouper with salt and pepper and grill until done.
2. While grouper is cooking, sauté prawns with spinach, garlic and onion.
3. Plate grouper, prawns and spinach. Top with gorgonzola cheese.
