Gourmet Guacamole

Gourmet Guacamole

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 2 avocados, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) cilantro leaves
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients, except the tomatoes, into a blender and mix until combined. Stir in tomatoes and season to taste.
