Green Chili, Sausage & Beef Soup
Chill out and prepare to taste a soup you love to slurp up and devour. If you have plenty of patience, this slow-cooked soup is one you won't want to miss. This soup is prepared in the crockpot and takes up to six hours. It's well worth the wait.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 16 ounce(s) pork sausage
- 16 ounce(s) hamburger
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 tablespoon(s) green chilies, diced
- 24 tablespoon(s) salsa, green chili
- 16 floz water
Directions
- Brown meat in skillet, drain off fat. Place all ingredients in crock-pot and stir. Heat thoroughly. May be left in crock-pot 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally.
