Ham and Cheese Pocket Sandwich

Ham and Cheese Pocket Sandwich

  • 1 small pita
  • 1 ounce(s) lean deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 ounce(s) low-sodium American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Fat-free mayonnaise


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice pita in half. On one inside half, spread mustard. On other inside half, spread mayonnaise. Stuff with ham and cheese. Wrap pita in foil. Bake 12-15 minutes or until heated through.
