Ham & Cheese Wontons
These ham and cheese wontons may sound simplistic, but they're actually a tasty foray into gourmet appetizers. Your guests will be blown away by these bite-sized treats and will be wonton more.
Ingredients
For 1 people
- 1 Butter-flavored cooking spray
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 pound(s) lean, low-sodium smoked ham
- 4 ounce(s) log of fresh goat cheese, such as Montrachet
- 4 tablespoon(s) spicy fruit chutney
Directions
Lightly spray two mini-muffin pans with cooking spray. Fit the wontons into the cups, gently ruffling the edges to make a well for the filling. Chop the ham and divide among the wonton cups. Divide cheese among the cups. Top each cup with about a half teaspoon of chutney. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes; edges should be lightly browned and filling warm. Serve with fresh fruit on skewers.
