For 8 people
- 6 1/2 cup(s) frozen hash brown potatoes (2 lbs)
- 2 cans potato soup
- 2 cup(s) low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup(s) fat-free sour cream or non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
Directions
Let hash browns thaw. Mix all ingredients. Be sure potatoes are separated. Mix well. Bake in casserole dish at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
