Hearty Bean Salad
This salad combines three different types of beans. Serve it with red wine. If you haven't tried it, you haven't bean living.
Ingredients
For 6 people
- 1 1/2 cup(s) green beans
- 1 1/2 cup(s) yellow wax beans
- 1 1/2 cup(s) red kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cup(s) chickpeas
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 2/3 ounce(s) oil
- 2/3 cup(s) vinegar
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 2 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
Directions
Combine beans, bell pepper and onion in a large bowl with a cover. Mix dressing and pour over beans. Chill overnight.
