Home Steak
Don't make a huge "missed steak" and forgo this delicious recipe. There's no place like home for comfort cooked foods. This steak is combined with green beans, mushrooms, and other vegetables so that you can a full-course meal in one.
Ingredients
For 5 people
- 24 ounce(s) round steak, cut in strips
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 cup(s) can of tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/3 cup(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup(s) mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup(s) frozen French style green beans (10 oz.)
Directions
Place steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in crock-pot, stirring well to coat steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Ready in 4 – 8 hours
