Hot Anchovy & Garlic Dip
There's nothing fishy about this flavorful dip, which provides a great start to any party or gathering. Enjoy the flavors of garlic and anchovy on all of your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 cup(s) butter
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 6 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 bread sticks and/or raw celery, carrots, cucumbers, asparagus, spears, trimmed scallions, sliced zucchini, etc.
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat butter, oil, anchovies and garlic until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Place pot over a warmer, and dunk bread sticks or pieces or raw vegetables.
Italian bread sticks and/or raw celery, carrots, cucumbers, asparagus spears, trimmed scallions, sliced zucchini, may be used to dip.
