Jalapeno Popper Dip

If you like the spicy taste of fried jalapeno poppers, then you'll love dipping into this zesty dip. It's creamy, spicy and has all the taste of poppers – without all that fat.

Jalapeno Popper Dip


For 1 people

  • 32 tablespoon(s) reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup(s) fat-free mayonnaise salad dressing
  • 8 tablespoon(s) green chili peppers, drained and rinsed
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup(s) (4-ounce can) jalapeno peppers, drained and rinsed


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine softened cream cheese and other ingredients in mixer. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake until dip bubbles in the middle. Serve with crackers or bread pieces.
