Ingredients
For 6 people
- 2 cup(s) shredded carrots
- 1 cup(s) coconut
- 1 pineapple tidbits can
- 1 cup(s) marshmallows
- 3 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 8 1/10 tablespoon(s) whipping cream
Directions
Drain pineapple. Place over carrots and refrigerate overnight (covered). When ready to serve, add remaining ingredients and cover with dressing.
