Larry's Grilled Flank Steak
Walk the flank! This hearty favorite is a wonderul way to enjoy a juicy, mouthwatering piece of meat.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 24 oz beef flank steak
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt
Directions
Using a large resealable plastic bag, combine the last seven ingredients and shake together. Place steak in bag, seal bag and turn to coat. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before preheating to medium-hot heat. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak for 6-8 minutes on each side or until satisfaction.
