Brown onion, green pepper, and celery in butter in heavy skillet. Simmer about 5 minutes, then add turkey, soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring once in a while. The dish may be served on hot biscuits, rolls, toast or buns.
