Shrimp can stand on its own -- but when served with creamy grits it's a completely new culinary experience. Tart and creamy make a great team!

For the grits, combine water and heavy cream in heavy saucepan; bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add bacon, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Season to taste. Season the shrimp and grill them. Place 3 oz. grits in center of hot plate. Arrange three shrimp around grits. Pour lemon sauce over each shrimp.
