Ingredients

16 ounce(s) turkey sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup(s) onions, diced
2 cup(s) Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
2 cup(s) low-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 teaspoon(s) ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
2 cup(s) egg substitute
4eggs
4 cup(s) low fat milk
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
Directions
Combine sausage, onions, Bisquick, cheese and spices.
In a huge bowl, whisk eggs, egg substitute and milk together.
Stir sausage mixture into egg mixture.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
