Lobster Salad Cocktail

- 16 ounce(s) lobster tail meat
- 5 tablespoon(s) Japanese mayonnaise
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) ketchup
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) Thousand Island dressing
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) wasabi
Directions
Dice lobster meat into uniform pieces. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, ketchup and dressing. Add salt, pepper and wasabi. Fold in lobster meat. Chill 30 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh tomato wedges, leaf lettuce and cabbage.
