Lobster Salad Cocktail

Ingredients

For 5 people

  • 16 ounce(s) lobster tail meat
  • 5 tablespoon(s) Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) ketchup
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) wasabi

Directions

Dice lobster meat into uniform pieces. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, ketchup and dressing. Add salt, pepper and wasabi. Fold in lobster meat. Chill 30 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh tomato wedges, leaf lettuce and cabbage.
